I started my professional photography career in 2017 when I transferred from being a Combat Medical Technician to be an Army Photographer.
Since then, I've never looked back. After all, photography has been a long term passion since my teenage years.
My experience as an Army Photographer has seen me in a variety of different situations, in different countries and shooting a variety of different content.
Some of my most memorable tasks include the late Queen's funeral, the King's coronation, artillery guns live firing in snowy Lapland, penguins in the Falklands, being in a press pen outside No.10 Downing Street, skiing in France and not to mention, Kenya, Lithuania, Afghanistan, Germany, Poland and the USA.
I'm very proud to say that I am the first female Army Photographer to be crowned Army Photographer of the Year in 2019. Claiming both 1st and 2nd place with two of my professional portfolios. It was in this moment that I truly knew I belonged in the photography world.
